By using Mindly, you agree to these terms of use. Please read them carefully before using our services.
By creating an account or using Mindly, you agree to:
- •Be bound by these terms of use
- •Comply with all applicable laws
- •Be at least 13 years old (or legal age in your country)
- •Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- •Maintain confidentiality of your account
Mindly provides an educational platform with:
- •Upload and analysis of documents (PDF, images, text)
- •Automatic generation of flashcards and quizzes with AI
- •AI tutor (Javees) for personalized assistance
- •Progress tracking and adaptive recommendations
- •Collaborative tools (study groups, competitive quizzes)
- •AI-assisted homework correction
You agree to:
- •Not upload illegal, offensive or copyrighted content
- •Not use Mindly to cheat or violate academic rules
- •Not share your account with others
- •Not attempt to hack or disrupt our services
- •Respect other users and our team
- •Use Mindly as a complementary learning tool, not a substitute
Rights and ownership:
- •You retain all rights to your uploaded documents
- •Mindly retains rights to the platform, AI and algorithms
- •AI-generated content (flashcards, quizzes) belongs to you
- •You grant us a license to process your data to provide our services
- •Any commercial use of Mindly requires our written authorization
Limitations and disclaimers
Mindly is provided 'as is':
- •We don't guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-generated content
- •We're not responsible for your academic results
- •We may suspend or terminate your account for violations
- •We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services
- •Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription
- •Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations
